The Great Cloth Diaper Change is an awareness event meant to promote the use of sustainable cloth diapers, and support families in their choice to use cloth for their babies.  The spirit of the Great Cloth Diaper Change is in face to face connection and community building. This year, the GCDC is also a Guinness Book of World Records event and we will be attempting to beat the last record held since 2014.  BWI of LI is proud to be a host this year!

Important information to participate:

​

• You must arrive by 10:30am.  Change will take place promptly at 11:00am- no exceptions!

• There may only be one child per caregiver

• Children cannot be taller than 39 inches tall

• A commercially available diaper must be used- no homemade diapers are permitted

• Diapers will be available to participate in the change if you do not have your own.  If you do not wish to borrow, you may purchase a cloth diaper locally at retailers such as Buy Buy Baby, Babies R Us, Target, or an online retailer.
